I can offer individual mindfulness sessions if you are unsure of how to get started. Studies by the University of Surrey last year (2018) demonstrated that depression rates had fallen by 63% and anxiety by 58% when those taking part in the trial undertook an online mindfulness course. They were tested again after 3 and 6 months and the results remained the same.
My therapy room is based in Roade, Northamptonshire, NN7.
