I can offer individual mindfulness sessions if you are unsure of how to get started. Studies by the University of Surrey in 2018 demonstrated that depression rates had fallen by 63% and anxiety by 58% when those taking part in the trial undertook an online mindfulness course. They were tested again after 3 and 6 months and the results remained the same.
